Preparation is the most important part of a quality paint job. We use the following list of items when painting a home.
1. Pressure wash home with a high power washer.
2. Scrape any flaking paint and prime bare wood.
3. Patch any areas in need on wood or stucco.
4. Seal any hairline cracks in stucco with elastomeric.
5. Caulk all seams on wood & where wood meets stucco.
6. Prime any mildew areas, chalky areas, or rust.
7. Use only the highest grade of paint for each surface.
